On Feb. 8, IAMS employees presented a check for $750 along with handmade blankets and yards of fabric to representatives from Omaha Project Linus, which serves the Greater Omaha and Council Bluffs areas by providing handmade blankets to children who are seriously ill or traumatized – offering them a source of comfort, security, and warmth in a time of need.
Since 2003, more than 84,000 blankets of all sizes and prints have been created and distributed by Project Linus volunteers (a.k.a. ‘blanketeers’). IAMS employees also plan to attend Make a Blanket Day 2024, scheduled for March 2 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at Bryan High School in Omaha.

We’re thrilled to support this organization and hope you’ll visit their website for more information and ways to get involved.
